The Gnjila House is a standalone house located 50m away from a beautiful beach in the bay between Gromin Dolac and Zavala. The house, with a surface area of 60m2 + 20m2 of covered terrace, on a 2000m2 plot, was completed in 2020 and is the only one in the bay surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, and the scent of lavender. 

This peaceful place is perfect for a couple who loves privacy and tranquility or for a couple with small children. If you need to work remotely occasionally, only the chirping of crickets can disrupt the silence. Early morning swimming on the empty beach, in the crystal clear sea with the quiet singing of birds, is an unforgettable experience.In the evening, enjoy a beautiful sunset from the terrace of House Gnjila, with a glass of your favorite drink and the relaxing sound of the waves.
